Leroy did a great job of restoring the concrete floor in my condo! He had to grind away a layer of old, stained leveling cement before he could polish and coat it but with his hardwork, it now looks great! His attention to detail is so appreciated, as there were a number of tight corners to get into in the bathroom and under the stairs! My contractor also said he was a pleasure to work with 🙂

I’m a general contractor who hired Leroy to polish the concrete floor of a clients apartment floor. The end result was beautiful. Initially the floor was covered with a hideous orange tinted leveling cement, which was removed, and then the concrete underneath was polished. Both myself and my client are very pleased with the end result. As a GC I have dealt with a wide variety of subcontractors.
